Buy our cute condo!! Obama's promise to give home-buyers $8000 is still good until the end of April!! We have been living here for a little under three years and we have LOVED it!! It's minutes away from both BYU and UVU, it's the perfect size for a young couple or small family, we love the location of it, and we love our ward! We are going to miss it a lot, but we are moving to Texas at the end of May.

The complex was built in 1998. It is a clean 2-bedroom unit on the ground floor of a small and very quiet complex (only 24 units total). We repainted, got new carpet, tiled the bathroom floor, and got new blinds for all the windows since we moved in. Check out the nice pictures below!
