Our rollie-pollie loving four year old had his last day of preschool today. For the Summer anyway. We celebrated with a little end of the year party at the park with lunch and treats. The co-op went well and he loved it, so I'm hoping to do another co-op starting in September.
Here's a few pictures of some of his recent preschool work:
Letter S: Space and Senses
Letter Q: Quilts
I forget what letter this went with, but it was a cute craft!
P for pets. This week they even got to bring a stuffed animal to school and learn how to take care of their "pet."
Letter X: Xylophones and X-rays.
Besides crafts they usually did writing practice worksheets for their letters and numbers. At the beginning of preschool Boston couldn't write his name, but he's doing great now. He feels so proud and grown-up whenever he writes his name.
V for vegetables and volcanoes.
R for rainbow, W for walrus, U for umbrella.
We're both going to miss his Tuesday/Thursday preschool days. He really looked forward to them and LOVES any kind of social interaction, but it will also be nice to have a break from schedules for the Summer. His Monday music class will be ending this month too, so I guess we'll be doing a lot more play dates soon!
