We had a great Easter this year consisting of a couple Easter egg hunts on Saturday, a visit from the Easter bunny on Sunday, church, family time, and a nice dinner with some friends in the ward Sunday evening.
Saturday morning we went to a fun brunch/Easter egg hunt that Boston's friend Kylie had invited him to.
Boston loves Kylie's little brother Beckham. Can you blame him? Beckham is one of the cutest, happiest babies I've ever met. I love this picture of them.
After the Easter egg hunt in Kylie's neighborhood, we went to another Easter party that Boston's friend Kaden had invited him to.
Boston met the Easter bunny while we were there for his first time.
He got to fill up his basket again with more Easter eggs. Lucky kid.
He also had fun hitting the pinata, and he was pretty good at it too! We thought he might actually break it, but the adults had to help a bit.
His favorite prize from the pinata was a little windmill.
Kaden's neighborhood really went all out for their Easter party and had pony rides and a petting zoo as well!
It was a fun Saturday morning! Thanks Kaden and Kylie for inviting Boston to your Easter parties!
Boston woke up Sunday morning to a surprise from the Easter bunny. He looked really cute in his new suit, but since we have 8:30AM church, we didn't get a picture of him beforehand. Hopefully we'll get one soon though.
Pool weather is in full swing now, so Boston got a few water toys in his Easter basket, and he also got his very first kite. I can't wait to go fly it with him. He is going to love it.
We are grateful to have such good friends here in Texas to spend the holidays with. We had a yummy dinner, and enjoyed talking while all the kids played.
Here's the kids eating outside at their kid table.
We ended our night with some skyping with my family.
It was a great Easter weekend!
